The House of LMD follows a streamlined process for every project. As soon as a client retains the services of Lori Morris, they are assigned a Project Manager who works closely with the client and their unique project from inception to completion. Our hands-on approach provides a concierge-styled service that ensures a client’s expectations are fully realized and exceeded.
LADY GAGA
Lori Morris first establishes the scope of work, assisting in the creation of a framework to build on a client’s design vision and our inspiration palette. Once the final design has been approved and the interior construction documents have been finalized, Lori Morris and her team hand selects the leading workers, fabricators and tradespeople. With the completion of all of the schedules, drawings and other related documents Lori Morris begins construction.
